Standard Stock Orders
Standard stock orders placed online carry, from the date of delivery of your order, a 22-day no-quibble refund policy.
In addition, we offer a 60-day exchange option for standard stock items. Items must be received back at the warehouse within 30 days maximum from the date of order.
Refunds are applied within approximately 1 to 5 working days of processing the returned item.
Condition of Returned Items
All we ask is that the products are returned unused, undamaged, and with all original packaging and tags fully intact and in a saleable condition as new.
Please note that original product tags (if applicable) do not impede trying the item for fit or function. Removal of, or tampering with the tags or original packaging will invalidate the refund and exchange policy.
Once you receive delivery of your order, we encourage you to check the product fairly quickly to ensure it is suitable. We are keen to identify sooner rather than later all returns, as this helps with warehouse stock management and enables us to deliver more competitive prices for high-quality cycle brakes and bottles to our customers.
Processing Refunds and Exchanges
To enable prompt allocation of refunds and exchanges, please ensure that the item is returned to the warehouse returns address as detailed on the electronic dispatch note e-mailed.
You can telephone or e-mail us to confirm the warehouse returns address for your order should you misplace the dispatch note.

Returns Labels (UK Customers)
We understand that sometimes an exchange is required. For UK returns points (England, Scotland, Wales, and Northern Ireland), we can book a subsidised returns label starting from £6.99 for a tracked and insured returns service, depending on the weight and value of the item.
Alternatively, the customer can use their own preferred delivery service for their return. However, we recommend using an insured service, as we cannot take responsibility if the item does not reach us intact.
To request a subsidised returns label, please e-mail us with your order number, name, and address, or simply reply to the electronic dispatch note e-mailed with your parcel tracking details. A subsidised returns label will be emailed directly to you with instructions.
The returns label we can offer is a UK-only Parcelforce service that operates from Post Offices in the main and these are at a part subsidised rate in accordance with the value and weight of the item.
Please note the Channel Islands and Isle of Man are not covered by the returns courier service we use. Weight restrictions may apply to remote and island post code areas.
Returns Address & Contact Information
You will receive a dispatch note, and this will detail the actual warehouse returns address and returns instructions. Please note that our admin office is not a warehouse storage location.
If you lose your dispatch note with the returns instructions, please simply e-mail us with your order number and/or your name and address, and we will confirm the returns address and details. You can also telephone us to request this information at any time.
